Salary: $45/k to $55/k depending on experience

Description:

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading the daily operations. The Assistant Manager is responsible for shift execution, operational standards, team supervision, asset care, and customer experience, while developing the leadership skills necessary to advance into the General Manager role. The Assistant Manager functions as second-in-command and is expected to model company performance standards, culture, and brand execution at all times.

Schedule:

The Assistant Manager is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week across an appropriate mix of day/evening and weekday/weekend shifts in support of business needs. The Assistant Manager must be present during peak business periods, including high-volume days, promotional events, and operationally critical shifts. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required based on store demand and staffing needs.

Business & Financial Performance

1. Support unit-level results, including sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses

2. Assist with forecasting staffing and inventory needs

3. Execute action plans tied to weekly KPIs and operational goals

Operations & Brand Standards

1. Enforce company operating standards, recipes, and food safety on every shift

2. Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and equipment care

3. Execute appropriate opening and closing procedures as assigned

4. Carry out company initiatives and promotions accurately and on time

People Leadership

1. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team members

2. Lead shifts, assign work, and hold team members accountable to standards

3. Coach and develop shift leaders and team members in alignment with performance expectations

Guest Experience

1. Lead by example in hospitality and service execution

2. Resolve customer concerns professionally and proactively

3. Reinforce product quality, speed of service, and brand consistency

Administrative & Compliance

1. Complete required reporting, cash handling, and operational documentation as assigned and by prescribed deadlines

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and labor practices

3. Maintain required certifications and training documentation
